Quotes

“Unforced errors can happen because their head is not in the game.”

“Then they are not beaten by the opponent, they are beaten by themselves.”

“If it's going on in my head, and I don't share it with my team, I make the mistake for not sharing that information.”

“In business you are either proactive or you are reactive, there is nothing in between.”

“Regardless of what you implement in your business, you will have unforced errors. What matters is how you respond to them.”

“It’s the leader of the practice that sets the tone for the team.”

“I made a decision that I would be the best patient they have ever seen.”

“You are not going to improve by candy coating it.”

“For every Olympian that made it to the games, there were those that worked just as hard but did not make the cut.”

“Develop a plan. Work hard. Execute the plan.”
